Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Marco Caramanico, operating as Rotatad (“Rotatad”, “we”, “us”), who can be reached at [email protected]. By using Rotatad (“the Service”), you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service does
Rotatad connects to your Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API. It analyses your Search campaigns with statistical tests, proposes changes to ad copy, keywords, negative keywords, ad schedules and campaign structure, and applies the changes you approve. It can also build a new Search campaign from your website. New ad copy is drafted by an AI model and checked before it is used.
The changes Rotatad can make are listed on our home page and in the Privacy Policy. New campaigns are always created paused; you turn them on.
Approval. By default, every change waits for your approval. In Settings you can let Rotatad make some kinds of change without asking, per account. Changes made that way wait six hours and go ahead only if the evidence still holds. You can change this at any time.
The Service is in private beta, and access is by invitation. Its features and availability may change.
Your responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree that:
- ·Signing in connects every Google Ads account your Google login can access. You must be the owner or an authorised administrator of each one, or have the owner's permission, or disconnect it.
- ·You are responsible for your Google Ads accounts, including compliance with Google's advertising policies.
- ·You review proposed changes before approving them. AI-drafted copy can contain errors. If you let Rotatad make some kinds of change without asking, those changes, including new ad copy, go live without your review, and you accept that.
- ·When Rotatad creates a campaign, it declares to Google on your behalf that the campaign does not contain EU political advertising, which Google requires. You will not use the Service to create political advertising.
- ·You are responsible for the performance, spend and results of changes made to your accounts through the Service, including budgets and bids you enter when creating a campaign.
- ·You will not use the Service to create ads that break Google's policies or the law.
- ·You will tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has access to your Rotatad account.
What Rotatad does not do
- ·We do not guarantee any improvement in performance, click-through rate, conversion rate, cost or return. Statistical tests reduce the chance of acting on noise; they do not remove it.
- ·We do not change the budget, bid strategy, or target CPA or ROAS of any campaign you already run. Campaigns Rotatad creates get the budget and maximum bid you enter; a split gets half the original campaign's budget; keywords Rotatad adds carry a bid.
- ·We do not access or change your Google Ads billing, payment methods or financial settings.
- ·We are not a Google partner and are not endorsed by Google. Rotatad is an independent service that uses the Google Ads API.
Fees
During the private beta, access is by invitation and there is no charge. We will publish pricing before any charge is made. If you joined the waitlist, your first paid month is free, applied to the email address you signed up with.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. It says what we collect, which providers receive it, and what disconnecting an account or deleting your Rotatad account removes.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. You allow Rotatad to add pseudonymised performance data from your connected accounts to its cross-customer benchmarks, as described in the Privacy Policy, unless you turn this off in Settings.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your Rotatad account in Settings. This cancels your subscription and asks Google to revoke Rotatad's access.
We may suspend or end your access if:
- ·You breach these Terms.
- ·You use the Service in a way that breaks Google's API terms or advertising policies.
- ·We reasonably believe your account is compromised or being used fraudulently.
- ·We discontinue the Service; we will give reasonable notice where we can.
When the agreement ends, your right to use the Service ends. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as the limitations of liability, continue.
Liability limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROTATAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- ·Ad spend or budget lost as a result of changes made through the Service.
- ·Decreases in campaign performance, click-through rate, conversion rate or return.
- ·Lost revenue or business opportunities attributable to the Service or its proposals.
- ·Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in ad copy drafted by the Service.
- ·Unauthorised access to your Google Ads account.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid Rotatad in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or on liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
